David Michael, a flavor and fragrance supplier, has hit the road again in 2015 with its customized recreational vehicle (RV) to share new product concepts—from a Croitzel (a cross between a croissant and pretzel) and chipotle peanut butter plantain popper to tropical splash gummies and an allergen-free nut butter yogurt—with food manufacturers and chefs across North America and to provide inspiration for the “next big idea.”
