Canadian Consumers Warned of Listeria Tainted Cheese

20151219be_1450588490704_engBothwell Cheese Inc. is recalling certain Bothwell brand shredded cheese products from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Consumers should not consume and distributors, retailers and food service establishments such hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals and nursing homes should not sell or use the recalled products described below.

The following products have been sold in Quebec, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
