To meet the growing demand for its organic energy and nutrition bars, Clif Bar & Co. will open a 275,000-square-foot bakery in Twin Falls, Idaho. The Clif Bar Baking Co. will be “beautifully designed, sustainable, and people-inspired,” said Kevin Cleary, chief executive officer, Clif Bar & Co.
