U.S. court rules FDA doesn’t have to ban antibiotics

According to the Associated Press, a U.S. federal appeals court ruled that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) doesn’t have to consider banning the practice of feeding antibiotics to healthy, food-producing livestock.
