Strawberries may reduce risk for heart disease, diabetes

Two new studies published in The FASEB Journal and presented at the Experimental Biology 2015 conference show that eating three to four servings of strawberries a day may reduce risk factors for heart disease and diabetes by lowering insulin resistance, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and inflammation.
