I always have some sort of noodles in my pantry. They are cheap as well as filling. When I get a hankering for Asian food and the wallet is somewhat empty, I use this quick and easy recipe. If I have some cash, i'll add the shrimp but it's good without as well. It also holds up well as leftovers.
