Cal-Maine Foods acquires remaining interests in Delta Egg Farm

Cal-Maine Foods Inc. has reached an agreement to acquire 50% of the membership interests of Delta Egg Farm LLC from Sunbest Foods of Iowa Inc., a Moark LLC affiliate.
