Omega-3 supplementation may improve children’s sleep

A study published in the Journal of Sleep Research shows that supplementation of long-chain omega-3s, and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in particular, may be associated with seven fewer wake episodes and longer sleep duration in children.
