Speakers call for change in food processing conversation

David Freedman, contributing editor to The Atlantic, and Trevor Butterworth, editor-at-large of Stats.org, kicked off IFT Wellness 2014 on March 20, calling for food companies to change the way they talk about their work in order to enable the general public and members of the media to develop a clearer sense of the benefits processed foods offer.
