FMC Announces Company Division

Chemical firm FMC Corp. will split into two independent public companies. One of the companies, “New FMC,” will include FMC's Agricultural Solutions and Health and Nutrition segments, while the other company, “FMC Minerals,” will comprise the current Minerals segment.
