Tyson Foods recalls chicken products due to possible Salmonella contamination

Tyson Foods Inc. is recalling approximately 33,840 lbs of mechanically separated chicken products that may be contaminated with a Salmonella Heidelberg strain, the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA FSIS) announced Jan. 10.
